My favorite/est sweet that my mom used to make. It has so many healthy ingredients like sesame seeds, peanuts, cashew nuts, coconut and even jaggery. Each ingredient has either protein or iron, or healthy fats. The final combination is a delicious and healthy sweet. But it goes without saying that everything is good when done in moderation.
