We tried this amazingly simple yet unbelievably tasty version of fried rice at an Indo chinese restaurant in Bay Area. It just hit the spot so well with other strongly flavored dishes we have started making this at home very often. This has the amazing aroma of ginger balanced by the right amount of garlic and the mild heat from the bell pepper and black pepper powder. All of this comes together to create the freshest flavor for fried rice. The lack of other flavors makes this the best rice dish to be consumed with a side of Chilli paneer and Gobi Manchurian This mildly spicy fried rice makes it ideal for kids to enjoy with just some ketchup on the side.
