Left over 12 grain bread, nobody in the mood for eating toast or bread because its old. What do i do? Need to feed the family, need to make it healthy and appealing.Okee dokee here comes a super healthy whole grain no fermentation instant BREAD DOSA!

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Super easy super delicious super healthy bread dosa and coconut chutney
  2. Dip bread in water and keep in aside in a bowl.
  3. To the blender add rava, flour and the wet bread slices and grind to get a dosa consistency batter. Not too thick not runny either
  4. Spread the batter on a heated tava and add oil to the edges
  5. Cook till brown and flip onto the other side
  6. Remove and serve with coconut chutney
