A craving turned to discovery and an accident led to this invention :) Previously i had made dry Kadhai Paneer using Harpal Singh Sodi’s recipe , this time i wanted something spicy but gravy style. So i started looking up recipes and most of them required the same ingredients. So i started working with what i had seen online but on the way added a few more ingredients just for fun and ended up grinding everything together ( i wasn’t supposed to do this for any of the recipes), but it resulted in a delicious flavored gravy style (almost dhabha style) Kadhai Paneer recipe. The first time i made it, i thought i messed up because it looked like any other paneer dish but when i tasted it that’s when the taste buds were like ‘what?!?!’ This was such an awesome invention that i redid it in a week so i could take pictures and upload the recipe here. Try it and let me know if you guys enjoy it as much as we did.
