Instructions
  1. Paneer Bhurji
  2. Chop ginger, onions, cilantro, bell pepper and green chillies. Grate paneer and keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and turmeric. Add green chillies and saute.
  4. Add onion and ginger and saute well
  5. Add bell pepper
  6. Add tomatoes and saute. Add grated paneer , salt and garam masala. (Optional add red chilled powder). Mix well.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve with roti.
