Paneer Pulav is my husband’s speciality! I must have told you before that we are all die hard fans of paneer. Have i told you that we are all die hard fans of paneer? Incase i didn’t mention we are all die hard fans of paneer :) Haha, that was me trying to tell you something. My husband used to make a simple vegetable pulav but because of our love for paneer (i promise this is the last time i say that!) we requested him to change it into paneer pulav and so he did! He invented this dish just for us and it is oh so good! My kids and i relish this every bit and probably one of the few times when all of us go for 3rd and 4th helpings! He makes this with such ease that you have to swear that this dish has so many little components and delectable flavor. My dad has commented several times on this matter and calls him a ‘no-fuss no-mess cook’! Its probably the simplicity and probably the love that goes into this dish that makes it so divine! So when you make it definetely infuse some love into it and the rest is all in the recipe!
