Another traditional favorite sweet Rave unde/ Rava ladoo. A perfect sweet for any festival or potluck as you can make it in a jffy. It’s also a great recipe to use for larger batches.Check out this easy recipe made with Rava a byproduct of wheat, nuts and raisins, and ghee.

Instructions
  1. Rave Unde/ Rava Ladoo
  2. Heat a thick bottomed pan and add the rava to it. Dry roast it on low- medium heat with continuous stirring till you start to see that it develops a mild roasted aroma.
  3. Next heat the ghee in another pan and add the cashews and raisins and let it brown.
  4. To the pan with ghee and nuts add the raosted rava and powdered sugar and mix it all well while on alow flame. Transfer to a plate to cool. Once cool, add hot milk (sprinkle) little by little and just enough to moisten the mixture to enable binding. Make unde or ladoo with it.
  5. Enjoy delicious rave unde with your family!
