Everything good in one bowl! What did you say? Yes you heard it right, everything good and tasty in one delectable bowl! Shall we start checking things off? Protein-check!, fiber- check!, vitamins-check!, complex carb-check! ok and now taste- ofcourse, it’s indo chinese what’s not tasty about that? So if you get where i am going with this i have replaced rice with quinoa and added in healthy vegetables and tofu. Cooking it at home with very little olive oil and keeping the sodium content low makes it that much better, but don’t think at any point there is even a bit of compromise on the taste front. We have tried this both hot and cold and it tastes amazing both ways. Its a warm comforting meal or a healthy salad style lunch.
